Wedding and Wine

Last weekend I flew to Cali and helped hang out with the kids while my sister-in-law's brother got married. Which translated to...hanging out in Cali and then going to bed early with the kids while my brother and sister-in-law went out.

The wedding was in Santa Rosa (aka: Wine Country.) The day of the wedding I went wine tasting with Tom (the groom) and Pete (my sister-in-law's father) and about 25 other wedding guests. We went to Bella Vineyards...maybe one of my new favorite places!
The tastings happen inside the cave...AWESOME!

After wine, it was time to start getting ready for the "Big Show." Tas and Mattie have been preparing for this day for quite some time now and they were very excited to dressed up.
Tas, getting into his tux

Mattie, ready to be the best Flower Girl ever.

Mattie was the Flower Girl... she got a mani/pedi for the event and made sure everyone saw her in her beautiful dress. I am pretty sure she was in more photos that day than Laura (the bride.)

Tas was the Ring Bearer...in his tux that was falling off of him even with some creative safety-pinning and his shoes that were two sizes too big, he shuffled his way down the aisle and proceeded to give high-fives to all of the groomsmen down the row.

They both did an amazing job and were a total hit on the dance floor! Putting them to sleep that night was not hard at all... the next morning was the latest they have slept in EVER.
