A few weeks ago was the Cherry Blossom Run. Way back in December we signed up for the lottery. The website was very strict about the time limit for the 10 Miler and my fear of being swept up won out over my new found running kick. I signed up for the 5K instead.
It was a beautiful spring morning...at one point we could even still see our breath!
It was very crowded but it was a good route down Independence Ave. and over the Memorial Bridge. It was fun.
